Early Bird ticket:

549 EUR + VAT 25,5 % (689 EUR including VAT).
Early bird tickets are available until March 31, 2026.

Regular ticket:

649 EUR + VAT 25,5 % (814,5 EUR including VAT)
Regular tickets are available after the EB deadline has passed

Ticket includes

Participation to the conference days May 28-29
Catering as announced in the programme (lunches and coffees)*
Dinner on May 28
Excursion as described in the programme*

For authors: Paper Publication in the IOP EES (for accepted papers only)

Terms of cancellation

Cancellations before March 31, 2026:
Full refund minus 100 EUR handling fee

Cancellations after March 31 2026:
No refund

Ticket can be transferred to another person in the same organization.
