Registration terms

Registration fees include lectures, electronic material as well as lunches and coffees as shown in the program.

Discount of -10% is applied when
- person participates to all three days (Monday-Wednesday) in full
- five (5) or more persons participate from the same company

Exhibition 

Exhibition is on Tuesday and Wednesday. Exhibitor fee is 1800 EUR + VAT 24 %.

Startup exhibitor fee is 900 EUR + VAT 24 %. Startup is defined as a young company with less than 250.000 euros in revenue.

Exhibitor will be provided a space of 2x2 metres with a table and room for rollup or the like. Exhibitor price includes registration for one person.

Terms of cancellation 

Cancellation before May 3rd: Full refund minus 60 € handling fee
Cancellation after May 3rd: No refund
Participant name can be changed within the same organization.
These terms are applied both to registration and exhibition.
