Opening times

Exhibition is open from Monday February 3, 18.00 until February 5, 16.00.

Get together and all the coffee breaks are organized in the exhibition area.

Catering for your booth

You can order catering for your booth from Tampere Hall. Please click here to find information for catering options (in Finnish and in English).

Orders can be made here in English and here in Finnish. Deadline for orders is January 27, 2025.

Delivering goods to Tampere Hall

You can deliver goods to Tampere Hall earliest on February 3. The address for the deliveries is Tampere Hall, Viinikankatu 2, 33100 Tampere, Finland. The delivery should be clearly marked with the following information: infraBIM 2025 and the name and number of your stand. Tampere Hall will not pick up any deliveries, nor send them back. The exhibitors are themselves responsible for sending their material back on the day of dismantling, February 5 (ordering the delivery and preparing the documents for that). The entrance during building is located at the backyard of Tampere Hall, Door S. You can have your car there while unloading. Platinum parter package includes marketing text in the participant information emails (max. 100 words).

LANYARDS

Platinum partners have a possibility to share lanyards for participants (available for 4 first platinum partners).

Please register this option via your personal Lyyti link by December 1, 2024. Organizer will confirm the number of lanyards needed after the deadline. 

 

EXCURSION / DEMO

Platinum partners have a possibility to organize excursion / demo as part of official programme on February 3.

Please register this option via your personal Lyyti link by December 1, 2024. 

Partner must send all the necessary information (name of the event, location, maximum amount of participants, contact person) via the personal Lyyti link. Organizer will open the registration and send the contact list of the participants to the partner. The partner is responsible to inform the participants about the practical matters of the excursion / demo.
