1 August 2020 - Edit your abstract text in Ex Ordo

15 August 2020 - Registration and payment deadline for presenting author

25 October 2020 - Deadline to submit your slides for the online programme

28-29 October 2020 - Hospital BIM Open 2020 Virtual Conference

 

AUTHOR REGISTRATION

Presenting author has to register and pay the registration fee by 15 August 2020.

Speaker fee is 149 EUR (+ VAT 24 %)

Special registration link has been sent via email to the authors of accepted presentations.

 

PRESENTATION LENGTH
 

Total time for your presentation is 30 minutes

20 minutes is reserved for the presentation itself

10 minutes is reserved for the questions

You can either present live or you can send us a pre-recorded video presentation (and then join live for the Q&A session). Deadline for the pre-recorded video is October 23
