AI in AEC 2025

As with the previous editions of #AIAEC conference series, the programme is based on the presentation proposals received from our global community. See the submissions instructions below and join us as a speaker! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact vesa.jarvinen[at]ains.fi regarding the content or ville.raasakka[at]ril.fi regarding the practical arrangements.

We accept only onsite presentations. The speakers whose presentation gets accepted should travel to Helsinki, Finland for the presentation.

The conference will be organized in hybrid format. 

 

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Submit your presentation proposal by October 1, 2024
  • Notifications will be sent to corresponding authors in beginning of December, 2024
  • Final programme will be available in December 2024
  • Deadline for speakers to purchase speaker ticket is December 2024

Write proposal text 

  • Maximum length of the proposal is 500 words

  • Frame of the content of the proposal

    • Content

    • Methodology (idea, theory, prototype, implementation etc.)

    • Results and conclusions

 

Answer the questions

  • How does your proposal contribute to the AI theme of the conference
  • What might be new and innovative in your proposal

 

Add all the related authors to the submission

SHARING MATERIALS

If your proposal gets accepted, we will ask you to submit your presentation material to be shared on the website (shareable version). Please note that you can use a different version of the presentation material in the Conference if there are copyright or confidentiality issues.

Please note that we also intend to record all the sessions and recordings will be shared on the event platform. 

 

SPEAKER REGISTRATION

  • If your presentation gets accepted, you'll need to complete the registration and payment of the speaker ticket by the end of December 2024.

  • Speaker ticket is 279 EUR (including VAT 25,5 %, 222,31 EUR + VAT 25,5 %)
